Job Description
Performs a variety of administrative functions. Schedules appointments gives information to callers and takes dictation.
Composes memos transcribes notes and researches and creates presentations.
Generates reports handles multiple projects and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports.
May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget.
May direct and lead the work of others.
Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
Qualifications
1+ year of high volume (Call Center) customer support experience
Will consider strong retail customer service from companies such as SBUX or Restaurant industry.
Experience with Microsoft Excel and keyboard short cuts. Must be proficient in computers!
Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at once, and must have ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
