As a self-proclaimed foodie, I always search for new restaurants or menu items at established locations. My friends across many states reached out to see if I got my Bite This hands on a brand new Taco Bell menu item.
Bite This Foodie Review
This caught my attention. The new menu item is a collaboration between Taco Bell and Milk Bar. Some of my friends were able to sample this wildly popular dessert and are going nuts over it, while some of the crew are left on the sidelines because it is sold out in their city.
Talk about perfect timing! I swung by the Taco Bell on Highway 69 and scored the new Milk Bar Birthday Cake Churros.
Milk Bar Birthday Cake Churros Review
Taco Bell describes the new menu item as “a sweet twist on the beloved Mexican classic.”
Bite This Food Review
Presentation:
The “little treat is a party in every bite, featuring birthday cake frosting inside two warm and crispy, classic churros made in collaboration with Milk Bar, all topped with festive confetti sprinkles,” said Taco Bell.
Taste:
I’m not going to lie; it was great.
I started humming because it was so tasty. I love churros, and the birthday cake frosting in the middle elevated the flavor profile.
Texture:
Exactly what you expect from a churro: a slight crunch and snap at the first bite, followed by the soft layer next, but then, bam, the middle nearly gives the sensation of melting in your mouth.

Value:
The price was on point. Taco Bell says it is “$2.99 for two churros or $1.99 for onewhile supplies last.”
Overall:
I would get this again and again. Also, this churro with a twist can be made with different profiles, like tres leche.
